Here we go! Lesson 8 in the “WHAT IS IN MY FLY BOX” series just dropped! This next pattern is a great backcountry pattern that is weightless, lands super soft, is wildly fishy, and most importantly, weedless!!!

Materials Needed:

Thread: Olive 210 Flat Wax Nylon

Hook: Gama SC15 1/0

Tail: Arctic Fox Tail Hair in black

Tail: Grizzly Hackle

Flash: Peacock or black Krystal Flash

Collar: Grizzly Hackle

Body: Olive Cactus Chenille, medium

Weedguard: 20lb Titanium Wire
